The first time you see the script can often be the moment you step in the booth to record. Are your cold reading skills up to the challenge? Join pro voice actress Anne Yatco (Jujutsu Kaisen, Genshin Impact, Miraculous Ladybug) in this Zoom workshop and learn how to quickly analyze a script, make confident choices, and bring characters to life on the spot. Anne will share the techniques she uses in her own work across anime, video games, and commercials to help you approach cold reads with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to strengthen your skills, this class will give you the tools you need to make sure your readings are ice cold! NOTE: You will receive both a confirmation email right after you register and a reminder email 24 hours before the class. The emails will contain all the information needed to prepare you for class. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or promotions tab (gmail) before contacting us! Policies for Online Classes: • All classes are recorded, and links to view or download them are provided to all enrolled students within three days after the class. • If, for any reason, you can not make the date/time of class, you will still be given access to view the entire workshop with the recorded video. Equipment and Attendance: • Professional gear is not required, but students must have a phone, tablet, or computer with reliable access to Zoom, a camera, and audio. • Cameras are mandatory for class and must be turned on for the duration of the beginning portion of class. Once attendance is taken and class has started, cameras may be turned off at the discretion of the instructor. Cancellation Policy: • Payment is only refundable if cancelled prior to 72 hours before the event. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment. • If cancellation occurs prior to 48 hours before the start of the event, but less than 72 hours before the event, payment will be nonrefundable, but may be rolled over to another workshop. • For any cancellation occurring less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop, payment will be forfeited.
