About This Class:

Gaming is one of most profitable and prolific industries in the world, and the opportunities for video game voice actors are swiftly growing. In this video game acting workshop, Arianna teaches you how to hone your acting and dialect skills for auditions and jobs by helping you make specific choices, and by varying your takes to make your voice stand out. Work on exertions and recent game copy, learning how to break down the copy and create a character that brings the words to life. You will also cover crucial industry information needed to make that next step in your career. All levels welcome. 

About Your Instructor:

Arianna Ratner has voiced countless characters in the Elder Scrolls Online game, can be heard in The World of Warcraft Legion and Battle for Azeroth, Hearthstone, EA's Command and Conquer: Rivals, The Sims 4, State of Decay 2, Final Fantasy, and several other upcoming Blindlight and Blizzard games. She can be heard in the recent Captain Marvel x WNBA trailer, is the voice of KSBW-TV, has done promos for CNN and A&E and campaigns for Dunkin Donuts and more. Fun fact: her voice is immortalized on the Jumpin Jellyfish and Avatar Flight of Passage rides at California Adventures and Disney World.

*** This online workshop will be hosted and recorded in Zoom. Everyone will receive a link to download the video of the workshop the following day. If for any reason you can not make the date/ time you will still be able to view the entire workshop with the recorded video. Due to limited seats available, payment is only refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Up to 24 hours before the event payment is nonrefundable, but may be rolled over to another workshop. Any cancellation less than 24 hours before the start time/ date of the workshop, payment will be forfeited.
