About This Workshop:
What characters instantly come to mind when people hear you speak? How do you know which “box” an animated character falls in when you are reading audition sides? What makes the difference between a Hero and a Side Kick? Join voice director, Actor and coach, Mick Wingert as he leads you through an exploration of some of the most common archetypes in animation to see where you fit and how to make the most out of each audition opportunity. Learn how to identify and portray the “low-hanging-fruit” of your voice print as well as which character archetypes you can hit with a little extra effort and creativity. This workshop is designed for voice actors and students who have taken at least one other voice over class prior.
