About Your Instructor:

Ryan Clark is a Senior Writer/Producer in the Creative Marketing department at Disney Branded Television.

Ryan started working professionally in television for the Martha Stewart Show and Late Night with Conan O'Brien immediatley after college. When Conan moved to LA to take over the Tonight Show, Ryan came along and continued with Conan during his run on TBS - working as the writers' assistant to the show's monologue writers.

In 2014, an opportunity arose to join the marketing team on Disney Junior. Over the last eight years, Ryan has moved around at Disney making promos and short form content for Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior and, most recently, Disney+. He is currently a Senior Writer/Producer working on trailers for Disney+ titles.

For Ryan, casting and directing VO for his promos and trailers is not only the most fun part of his job, it's something he considers one of (if not the) most important thing about a promo. It can make or break it. He can't wait to share some insight and direction to help actors cut through in their auditions and work for promo VO.

Class is limited to 12 students. 18 and over. Cameras are mandatory for class intro.

*** This online workshop will be hosted and recorded in Zoom. Everyone will receive a link to download the video of the workshop the following day. If for any reason you can not make the date/ time you will still be able to view the entire workshop with the recorded video. Due to limited seats available, payment is only refundable up to 72 hours before the event. Up to 48 hours before the event payment is nonrefundable, but may be rolled over to another workshop. Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the start time/ date of the workshop, payment will be forfeited.
