About This Workshop:

Creating characters is about more than funny voices! In this workshop, Anne will go over acting fundamentals, as well as some tips and tricks to help demystify the process of creating characters for your auditions. (Hint: your audition sides provide a lot of clues, but the real key is your imagination!)

About Your Instructor:

Anne Yatco is a Filipino-American voice actor and former forensic scientist (yes, really). She holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering (Marquette University) and an MFA in Acting (CalArts). She’s best known as the English voice of Nobara Kugusaki in Jujutsu Kaisen, Raiden Shogun in Genshin Impact, and Sabine Dupain-Cheng in Miraculous Ladybug. Her anime credits include Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War, Inu-Oh, Bastard, Prince of Tennis, Blue Period, Sakugan, To Your Eternity, Beastars, Violet Evergarden: the Movie, Godzilla Singular Point, and Devilman Crybaby. Video game credits include Callisto Protocol, Nikke, Crisis Core Remake, Fire Emblem Heroes, Ghostwire: Tokyo, Shadowverse, Smite, Naraka Bladepoint, Epic Seven, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake. You can also hear her in the animated series Rainbow High and Jade Armor. 

Class is limited to 12 students. 18 and over. Cameras are mandatory for class intro.

*** This online workshop will be hosted and recorded in Zoom. Everyone will receive a link to download the video of the workshop the following day. If for any reason you can not make the date/ time you will still be able to view the entire workshop with the recorded video. Due to limited seats available, payment is only refundable up to 72 hours before the event. Up to 48 hours before the event payment is nonrefundable, but may be rolled over to another workshop. Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the start time/ date of the workshop, payment will be forfeited.
