About This Workshop:

In this Animation Workshop you will focus on acting technique, as well as how to create and sustain your own characters. You will receive honest feedback from a 25 year voice over veteran and take part in Ogie's coaching technique that has helped everyone from beginners to celebrities book actual work. This is more than just creating and playing . . . in this course you'll take a deep dive into what it takes to make your characters bookable.

About Your Instructor:

Ogie Banks III owns the incredible voice behind some of the world's greatest characters. As the verbal embodiment of many beloved superheroes and foes, Banks breathes life into some of the world's most iconic characters on television, anime, film and video games. With over 25 years of experience, he makes every syllable stand out with a uniqueness and clarity that keeps fans coming back for more. Ogie Banks is best known for his roles as Clawd Wolf in Monster High and Luke Cage and Miles Morales in Ultimate Spiderman. While his true passion lies in voicing well-known characters (he thrives on the interaction with his co-stars), he has also enthusiastically taken on projects in many well-known franchises such as Naruto, Phineas and Ferb, the Fallout games, the Saints Row games and more.

Class is limited to 12 students. 18 and over. Cameras are mandatory for class intro.

*** This online workshop will be hosted and recorded in Zoom. Everyone will receive a link to download the video of the workshop the following day. If for any reason you can not make the date/ time you will still be able to view the entire workshop with the recorded video. Due to limited seats available, payment is only refundable up to 72 hours before the event. Up to 48 hours before the event payment is nonrefundable, but may be rolled over to another workshop. Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the start time/ date of the workshop, payment will be forfeited.
