About This Class:

This four week intensive will feature small class sizes, one-on-one instruction with real commercial copy, and insight and information about the principles of voiceover and commercial auditions. Each week, students will read and work through actual television and radio commercials and cover the analysis of scripts and the development of their own casual, bookable “commercial“ sound. The class will culminate in a mock commercial voiceover booking session, to give the students the experience of recording, taking direction and adjusting performance as in an actual session.

About Your Instructor:

Craig Lee Thomas is an actor, voiceover artist, and graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Craig's credits include commercial voicework for Dunkin Donuts, Phillips 66, Cricket Wireless, Campbell's, 3M, and many more. Craig is also the voice of AT&T's In-House Creative Group and HP's Intel Elite PC/Printer campaign starring Christian Slater and Jonathan Banks, and weekly episode previews for ABC's 'Speechless'.
