Anime, Animation, and Games with Guest Director Dani Chambers (Online) May 19 • 6:00–9:00 PM PT Not booking from your auditions? Let’s shift that. In this performance-driven workshop, you’ll step into the real audition process on your own first, then with live feedback and redirection from Dani Chambers, known for her work in Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Pokémon Masters EX, Solo Leveling, Rainbow High, and more. Here’s how it works: You’ll receive sides in advance and record your audition on your own before class. Come to the session with your recording ready to share. During class, Dani will review your take, offer personalized coaching, and redirect you in real time, just like in a live-directed session. This class is all about your acting choices and performance, not your tech setup. Your audio should be clear and free of major distractions, but perfection is not the goal. No fancy gear? No problem. If you’re still building your setup, your phone or computer mic is absolutely fine. Focus on the work. In this workshop, you’ll: •Strengthen your self-direction and audition instincts •Learn how to make bold, specific choices on your own •Receive targeted feedback and live redirection from a working pro •Practice adapting quickly and refining your performance If your reads aren’t landing the way you want, this is your chance to figure out why and adjust in real time. NOTE: You will receive both a confirmation email right after you register and a reminder email 24 hours before the class. The emails will contain all the information needed to prepare you for class. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or promotions tab (gmail) before contacting us! Policies for Online Classes: • All classes are recorded, and links to view or download them are provided to all enrolled students within three days after the class. • If, for any reason, you can not make the date/time of class, you will still be given access to view the entire workshop with the recorded video. Equipment and Attendance: • Professional gear is not required, but students must have a phone, tablet, or computer with reliable access to Zoom, a camera, and audio. • Cameras are mandatory for class and must be turned on for the duration of the beginning portion of class. Once attendance is taken and class has started, cameras may be turned off at the discretion of the instructor. Cancellation Policy: • Payment is only refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours before the event. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment. • If cancellation occurs prior to 48 hours before the start of the event, but less than 72 hours before the event, payment will be nonrefundable, but may be rolled over to another workshop. • For any cancellation occurring less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop, payment will be forfeited.
