Guidelines + Safety Protocol

Staffing

  • All staff is fully vaccinated

  • Only staff that needs to be present for the session will be in the studio. All staff will maintain proper social distancing and remain masked while talent is on property. 

 

Who Can Attend A Session 

  • Only talent and key members of the project can attend in person. 

  • Sessions are limited to one talent in the booth, unless everyone in the booth is vaccinated.

  • Direction and session monitoring can be done remotely for non key members of the project.

  • Direction and or monitoring can be facilitated via Zoom, Skype, Phone, Source Connect, ISDN, ipDTL, etc.

  • Teachers for children will join via Zoom or Skype.

Scheduling

  • All work is by appointment only. No drop ins. 

  • There will be a minimum 30 minute gap between sessions and or talent within a session to prevent overlap.

  • Please do not show up more than 10 minutes before your session time to help with this.

  • If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your session time, please wait outside. 

 

Masks

  • Masks must be worn by everyone at all times while in the studio. Only children under 2 years old and people with health conditions that make wearing a mask a risk are exempt. 

  • Talent can remove masks when they are in the booth recording. 

  • Disposable masks are available in the main lounge if needed for any reason.

Cleaning

  • We are cleaning all touch points including, door knobs, light switches, music stand, mic stand, microphone, pop filter, headphone amp, headphones, etc. with Clorox wipes before and after each session.

  • We have disposable covers for the mic, and headphones that are swapped out for each actor.

  • We have multiple sets of headphones and pop filters that are swapped out, sanitized with Clorox wipes and a UV box, before they are set aside to fully dry before their next use. 

  • There are disposable masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and Clorox wipes, and alcohol wipes on site for use by anyone present.

  • HEPA Filter Air Purifiers will be in use in the studio, booth, and lounge in between all sessions.

Talent 

  • Talent is encouraged to bring their own headphones and or pop filter to use if they would rather not use ours. 

  • Talent is encouraged to bring their own printed scripts, or digital copy on mobile phone or tablet. 

  • We have pens and highlighters available that we sanitize after each use, but if you prefer to bring your own, please do. 

  • We have filtered water, and bottled water, but if you rather bring your own water container, please do.
